Danny McBride & Weekend Haul

Danny McBride was touching my back! :O He plays "red" on pineapple express and I think he's in the new movie Observe and Report. Oh yeah, I got to see the premier of that too ;) I feel so VIP ahah!

Here's a post of what I've bought over the weekend :) I was going to make a video on my collective makeup haul from the past month (stuff isn't pictured) but I'll make the video this weekend or something.

First off, Sallys! I didn't get much, but I was only there to take the boyfriend's little sister to buy her nail polish. She really wanted my "spontaneous" -- purple -- but I told her to get her own :P haha you can sort of see the color on my pinky nail. I want to see how long it will grown until it breaks! xD It looks super weird.

I bought stickers to make my nails look not so plain haha and I got another china glaze in "solar power"

Then for my birthday the boyfriend took me to buy some shirts :D I got two tshirts from wetseal. I'm going to exchange the OMG WTF one in a different size because it's a little tight on my arm. And I didn't even know what metro station was until after I got the shirt LOL!

These are from Charlotte Russe. Red one is very fitted and I love the way it looks! The second one is really pretty on but can make you easily look pregnant or fat so I have to wear a belt with it around the waist haha

Same for this white one, I looked pregnant wearing it when it would go up because my bra was too silky! LOLLL

HK bag is from wetseal, thought it was really cute :) and the other one is from Waterloo in Austin, TX. I really needed something to hold my chips & other junk food through out the day because convention center food is so expensive! :(

Fuz inspired me to buy this dior lippie.. it's my first dior! It's the high shine in 554 and I really like it :D again, the boyfriend bought it for me haha

I haven't been to mac in such a long time and didn't get to go see the release of the collections right away like I usually do because I was in austin the whole time :( I guess it was a good thing though or else I'd be flat broke LOL! My usual MA wasn't there but this one was just as nice! (didn't get her name) I got perfect topping MSF. I'ts really pretty as a highlight :) I also got light over dark from the grand duo collection. I originally wasn't going to pick this up but then she tried it on me. It looks pretty for light contouring too :) And last year I didn't get to pick up lollipop loving from the heatherette collection because I was broke and jobless so I scooped it up :D I'm glad I did.. I really love it!

I originally wanted grand duo instead of light over dark but they were all sold out.. :( The MA was so nice she just gave me grand duo except that it's a tester but I don't care! LOL I just wiped the top layer down with a tissue and viola, I got a free blush :P

Last but not least, seasonal peach nailpolish! :D the boyfriend's sister actually got me this for my birthday because of my lastest nail polish obsession haha. She got the peppermint pattie nailpolish and got me the tasty tri colour lipgloss. I don't know if I want to use it because I don't want it to mix :(


That's it for today :D I recently found a sephora box in my closet from a few weeks ago LOL! I'm so sad that I even forgot about it xD

I got my stuff in from Jessica at Jesmakeup :) (yes you do need a post) and it came in just in time for my birthday! :D another year wiser.. but I still got smashed! I don't even remember what happened or when it happened :( But I found out that I took a shower with my clothes on because I threw up all over myself.. shame on me :( But it's okay, I had fun!

Anywho, onto the stuff. My boyfriend came to my work to surprise me with it LOL! Girl, it took forever for me to open that envelope! I had to get the chef knives and hack it open xD I thought he bought me a birthday card.. LOL

I made a video the other night so I'm going to upload it later today and post it tomorrow hopefully :) I think it really sucks but I just wanted to update! :D The video features kiddos and it gets interrupted a lot and I'm not sure if it makes sense yet, I still have not watched it LOL!

Back From Austin

eeek! Sorry everyone! I've finally come back but I forgot to post before I left and I forgot to bring my laptop along with me :( But I was at SXSW Film Festival in Austin, TX. Met many celebrities! :D Also saw OBSERVE AND REPORT and met the cast :O!!! Update later this weekend :)

Sephora Inspired Eyes

Okay, I think I went a little overboard with the inner corner LOL! I was going to recreate the whole face but since I was doing this at night I just did one eye :) My eyebrows are starting to get gross, I'm going to wax them in the morning tomorrow :D There's suppose to be two wings but the second one didn't show up that much on the camera. I should've made it longer :P and my waterline does not want to stay lined! :(

Olive Green Eyes, More HK, China Glaze, & New Camera

Wow that's a long title! Anyway here's the look I wore on friday:

I decided to revisit the 2008 Warm palette (inspired by Iyah's video) since I haven't used it in a while & decided to wear some green.. In person it kind've looks more black?! But I guess the picture captured the olive greeness, lol. It's an okay palette. If I were to go back and be in the position to purchase it, I don't think I would this time around because I hardly use it :(

So I was reading around somewhere the other day and I saw that the lifespan of an eyeshadow is only 3 years?!?! Is that really true? If so.. I think I need to stop buying new ones :( I don't wanna feel like I'm wasting product by throwing it away..

In my last post I said I was picking up a few more things from mac hello kitty :) I got: nice to nice l/g, sweet strawberry l/g, strayin' l/s (wearing in the picture w/ sweet strawberry l/g on top), and tahitian beauty powder. I just couldn't say no to the beauty powder even though its so sheer that it doesn't really show up, I'm just going to use it to blot :) strayin' IS a pretty color, but sometimes bold lipsticks make my teeth look yellow! :( Didn't take any pictures of these, I'm sure everyone's seen what they look like :D

I read on someone's blog, forgot who sorry, but at sallys china glaze is only $3.25 with the sallys card! So lets do the math... $6.50 at ulta, $5.99 at sallys, and $3.25 when you buy their $5 rewards card?!?! You can save a ton! Haha, I was just really happy when I found that out because I've been lemming on buying it. I really didn't wanna shell out for nail polish 'cause I'm cheap like that! :D anywho, here's the colors I got: For Audrey (light teal), V (light peachy orange), Shower Together (bright blue), Up All Night (midnight blue), Spontaneous (lilac purple). And from Finger Paints I got: I've Been Framed (mauvish pink), Paint it Red (red)!

My boyfriend also bought me a birthday present and gave it to me early... He got me a new camera! Now I can give back the donated one that SUCKS BOOTY! I was so excited to come home and look on my dresser and see a new camera :) I can make better videos now... LOL

I ordered a few things from sephora today, I should be getting it next week! :) I didn't get so much makeup this time. I ordered the shu eyelash curler (need a good one), beauty blender duo w/ cleanser (from watching mona's video), urband decay crease brush, and the UDPP in sin. Just thought I'd try out the primer to see how I like it. I need a shimmery base. And if I don't like the beauty blender.. I could always return it with the free returns :D

Oh yeah, SEPHORA is having a 15% sale. It's not a whole lot, but I saved $15. LOL!
