Howdy! So I participated in the secret angel/secret devil gift exchange this summer hosted by Linda. Lucky me I got Steph as my secret angel.

Of course she's an angel, what else could she be?! She was super sweet to get me some things that I've been wanting to get for the LONGEST time ever but I just never got to buying them. I was super stoked to get the package that I opened it at work! LOL!

Lily of France satchel! That's a bra brand, am I correct?! lol, angel with a seductive side :P okay, just kidding.. I don't think that was what she was aiming for haha.

The packaging was soooooo pretty! All the cooks were watching me open all these goodies.. lol, they're probably like what?! MORE makeup.... are you serious?!

I got my MAC brush cleanser and NARS oasis blush! She also had a card... but it didn't make it into this picture :( Steph also threw in a white peach hi-chew! That shit was the BOMB.. but of course it's all gone by now lol

See how precise her packaging is?!?! I was too amaze.. but from previous things I've gotten from miss Steph, her packaging is always the best! ^_^

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I can finally stop window shopping when I go to look at these items in the store! xD haha.. oh you're the best!

LOVE PACK FROM VERINA

Hello gals! Enjoy the serious eye candy today ~~

I planned a swap with Verina from the end of last year and then we finally sent out our packages when March came! I got mine in the beginning of march but just haven't posted it yet :)

The package came in a huge hot pink box! (Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of that, doh!) It was like boring day ------> EXCITING DAY! :D I was seriously grinning from ear to ear lol.. but everything came safely over here except for the face shop blush. That one broke on the way, but I'll try to repress it because I swatched the broken powder on my hand and it was sooooo pretty! It's in the shade orange but it's really a beautiful peachy color :)

Okay, so onto the stuff! BEWARE!!! This will make you want to go eat some candy lol

I didn't really ask for anything, I just got stuff lol. The thing I really wanted was the Biore black pore strips! I read on Phoebe's blog that she likes these better than the regular ones :) I really wanted to try them out because the white ones just don't work for me!

She got me 3 things of hand cream! OMG, it's really sad though because I still haven't stuck it in my purse and everytime I'm driving I notice that my hands look really dry and gross and I'm like F*CK!!! I forgot the hand cream again LOL.. I gotta do that tonight, seriously! I will have short reviews up of some of the the things that you might be able to get online :)

This whole stack is sheet masks, except for the pink pen and the hand mask! ^_^ I didn't think she was going to get me a ton of silk whitia masks when I asked! lol, but I'm really excited to use them all up :D hm, what I don't know is... what the little pink cloth thing (not soft enough to be a towl) on the corner is suppose to be for?!?! I was really confused and tried to think of what it's used for. Help? lol

THIS is the part of the package I was looking forward to! OMG, I think when I opened it I was more excited for this than the makeup! ahhaha xD I've already ate some of these and they're super yummy! :) The kit kats... you know we all wonder in america what they taste like! haha, I ate the ones with the "APPLE" and "CARROT" on it and it was super fruity, like you're chewing on gum but it's chocolate so I thought that was SUPER cool!

Honestly though, if they sold different flavored kit kats in America I don't think they will sell just because I know most americans (caucasian primarily, no offense!) aren't willing to try new things and like to stick to the norm from what I've experienced at work. I can't wait to go back and visit asia one day! I'll actually have things to look forward to getting now xD!!

I'm working on doing a collection post :) Not a "MAKEUP ORGANIZATION" post because it's not organized, just thrown together kinda neatly but since I'm getting new furniture I thought it would be cool to have a before and after of my makeup area ^_^ Yes, new furniture from my mother that I have to build! And the Rimmel alarm lipstick! Gah.. I love it :) I'm scared it'll bleed because I just slapped it on without any lipliner because I got too happy.. hope not if I do go check out sephora!

I'm going to be doing a review and a DEMONSTRATION on some review products. LOVE PACK FROM CHOMSIRI

Hello, hello! :)

So I will be working all day for the next 4-5 days depending if my co-worker will work on Monday... I don't mind so much because I want to make some money and sitting at home through the whole break is just gonna make me fat LOL.. Plus if I wanna get my items I have on my browser that's been opened for like 1-2 weeks, I'm gonna need to work!

I also placed another order on hautelook a few weeks ago when rock&republic was on sale again and picked up a few items... I think this will be my last time unless I find this product in person to see what the colors really look like because I swear the picture is so innacurate! Well, the colors I picked looked pretty good since I googled swatches and stuff of everythinggg lol..

Placed ANOTHER order today on hautelook because I saw diesel shoes on sale and drjon817 loves the diesel brand so I thought it would be a good present idea for him since I wasn't sure what to get him for christmas.. I spent about $90 which got me 2 pairs of shoes and paid for the shipping. I still think this shipping cost is more reasonable than stila's shipping since their stuff is LIGHTWEIGHT and these shoes are gonna be HEAVY...

Well, onto what this post is about! Chomsiri (Katelyn) sent me a few things. At first I thought she was just going to send me a pack of shisems to try out but when I got home I was like GOOD LORD.. O_O!! The box was enormous than what I expected it to be.. Ahhh, she is too sweet! :)

She wrapped up everything in little tissue papers & I loved how she used the priority tape to tape everything! :D haha, I thought it was cute ^_^

She made it look so fun in there! I mean, look at it :D

Her little hello kitty envelope :) I need to get me some cute stationary! lol, well I do have some, just not envelopes! xD

It's so cuteee.. she typed up the note! LOL, but it didn't really seem long to read? I think I might write super long emails that's why haha!

She sent me this because it reminded her of my culture, and I totally agree! (I am Laos.. okay linda?! LOL, not vietnamese although I may understand some hehe :P) I will probably use this as my camera case maybe because I am currently using a makeup bag to carry it around hahaha!

My first jesse's girl pigment. Well product actually! :) I am probably going to try this out this weekened and do a look with it ^_^ Hope I don't get shadow all over my face LOL!

cute little candies! :D The faces are soooo cute.. The flavors are lemon & orange! ^_^ I think they're yummy and cute and they're milky in the middle :D

She remembered reading that this was the makeup remover I was using and I didn't know where else to repurchase since I won it in a giveaway :D THANK YOU! I am halfway done with my current bottle.. lol but when I do use it I end up using a lot! I am super happy that she sent me another one :)

A victoria's secret eyeshadow ^_^ I like dark colors, and this one is matte so I really like that :D Can't wait to use it!!

Chocolate sheet mask!! She reviewed this on her blog and she says it smells like chocolate.. I hope I don't eat it when I use it lol! The funny thing is the guy on there.. how did they just choose that guy to be on the cover of this sheetmask?!?! ha..

She makes jewelery as a little hobby :) So she made me a SNOWFLAKE necklace since it's the holiday season ^_^

It's so pretty! Look at the way the color looks. It twinkles like... well not like a snowflake but something else!

A tokidoki baggie! She doesn't know if it's real or fake because her mom's friend got a bunch from thailand.. of course it's fake!! LOL, I don't care because only I know! XD And I know it has to be fake because I been there and back :P Dude, I got a LV purse from there and it's on point! Plus a gucci watch and it works greattt :)

And lastly, the lashes she sent me to try! :) And she also sent me some pa lashes ^_^ I'm going to try this out next week because I am going to work pretty much for the rest of this week and I will NOT wake up early to make my makeup extra nice! haha, I am too lazy for that!

Thank you so much katelyn!! I am going to surprise you after new years when the post office settles down.. LOL :) I loved everything I got, I really do! Since your asian markets over there have jacked up the price hopefully I can be the one supplying you some shisem now! LOL

So Linda started a blogtv session the other night! I seriously don't know how to use that thing at all LOL, well I know how to go live but that's about it haha, and I recently figured out how to change my picture :D

We're thinking of doing a secret santa... but in the summer! It'd be a cool little thing where you get a present in the summer instead of during the winter since people usually get junk anyway. It'll be more of like a pick me up :) I mean it's obvious we missed the opportunity to do it right LOL! So who's interested?!?! :D

A FEW LOVE PACKS

It's been a while my darlings! My internet went out last week so I really couldn't do anything -- not even study properly for my test! Well, I had to actually crack open the book rather than using the online one LOL xD

I tell you this is crazy! But onto my post...

I actually took these pictures at least a week ago but I never got around to posting them because of the dumb internet :( I didn't even get to say happy halloween!

First thing, I took a picture of was Kym's herrohachi shirts! I finally got a chance to order some because I've really been wanting to get it but didn't have sufficient funds. (And why do I have so much makeup? Well, I avoid ordering online as much as possible.)

So I got the "everybody loves an asian girl" shirt and a "blognerd" shirt. They're super comfy :) It's like.. I bought it out of a franchise store! lol, and they are VERY affordable too! Everyone needs to make at least one order over there ^_^

She also threw in some candies, which I chomped down right after I took the picture, and a little charm for straps! So if you ladies ever want to poison and kill me, that's the way you should do it! I don't think twice because I trust you blogger ladies... SO HOPEFULLY THAT WON'T HAPPEN! xD

The day after Kym's order came in, Julie's package came in! I didn't technically order anything from Glam, Sparkle, & Pop, but she's just a sweetheart to send it out a few things from kindness in her heart <3
Again, I chomped down the candies right away! I REALLY loved the marshmallow candy thing.. It was yummy and fluffy :) I took a picture with that too, but I don't know where it went? Maybe I accidently deleted it lol ! I've tried on the clips but didn't get to take a picture because I look hella crazy that day haha!

I'm really excited to wear the necklace too, but I haven't been wearing non-round neck t-shirts so it doesn't look right :( I guess I'm really trying to study and be a hard worker :)

And the first package that came was from Denysia! I don't know why it didn't upload first, you know how blogger uploads backwards right? (well does that happen to anyone else??) Well since she won my giveaway a while back she wanted to send a thank you gift! ^_^ I finally got the chance to try sheet masks! LOL.. I'm a little late on jumping onto that bandwagon xD

She also sent me a missha bb cream sample and a sample of shu uemera *something*.. don't have it anymore so I don't remember what it's called! I guess I could look at the original file size to read the name lol :)

I tried the sheet mask after a super long night of studying and I just slapped it on and laid down on my bed.. it felt so relaxing because it had like an effect on your face! IDK how to explain it haha, but my skin felt super soft afterwards :D

Also, she had this sticker on the package...

I thought it was so cute and HILARIOUS! Does anyone see a threesome hump going on? I mean, the birdy probably doesn't count but the bears totally do! haha :) maybe I'm just a pervert... xD

I also added some commentaries on the picture & I am modeling Kym's shirt in here. (Hope I didn't bring it to shame LOL)

So I recently swapped with Amy for some concealer and those are working out really well, I'll post it up next time ^_^ And I'm developing some dark circles and it's really sad because I don't get them no matter how late I stay up or how much sleep I'm lacking! :( I guess no more late nights watching tv series online.. LOL! That's why I hate watching online because they're all on there so you just want to watch them all xD

And I have upper lip hair which is super noticeable since I have really black hair! Well I have a few on my face too, but I'll occasionally get that taken care of. I need to wax my mustache soon because it's really making me self-conscious! :X But I'll live -- I will get laser hair removal one day in the distant future when I'm in my midst 20's but until then, wax is my best friend!

Now regarding my flat chest! I think I'm wearing the wrong types of fitted shirts because I'm used to the ones that hugs your curves, but lately it's just the regular tshirts for example....

WHY HELLO THERE + AWARD

I just got back from MAC! :D I checked out their style black collection and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! ^_^ BUT, they gave me two of the same color lipsticks so I gotta go back tomorrow after class and exchange it :( OH WELL! Has anyone else checked it out yet? :)

I was going to do a real post today because:
- I got my Rock and Republic haul
- I got my sephora haul
- I got my MAC haul
- I got Shar's prize package! (see photo below)

BUT I can't post because my boyfriend took our camera so I refuse to use shitty webcam pics! LOL :) anyway, look at the size of that envelope! OMG O_O When my boyfriend brought it into the room to show me whenever it came in, I was like WTF?! I thought all my stuff already came in already so I just left it there because I had a chemistry test the next day.. When I opened it it was like heaven because I didn't even know what the prizes were for her contest LOL! xD

I have lots of posts planned... but I'll start off with awards from fellow bloggers :)

BTW, I got an 86 on my psychology test! FUCK YEA! :) I got an 84 on my Chem test (I think) and I'm pretty sure I passed my speech test I stayed up all night studying for with at least an 80! :) I have another test on monday which is history and I'm a little skeptical about this one. :(

GLAM, SPARKLE, & POP + EOTD + TAG

A short post tonight! :)

I placed an order at Glam, Sparkle, Pop about 1.5 weeks ago and this came in sometime last week! I'm pretty satisfied with my order because I only ordered 5 things :D

Julie (Pop Champagne) gave me some extras for entering her contest! I guess because I was one of the tie breaker finalists?? lol! But thank you sooo much! Anywho, I don't want my blog entry to be too boring tonight :P I just finished watching "KNOWING" with my boyfriend and I think it was a pretty good movie! The ending was kinda whack though because it just looked like the adam and eve story. Has anyone else watched this movie before?

So I pretty much learned how to do makeup from youtube videos and jackin' around with my own stuff! One of the first gurus I watched on youtube is makeupgeek :) I love the way she does makeup and the color combos she comes up with! So she's started this weekly challenge on makeupgeek.com and I wanted to enter too! (plus she was giving away a set of sigma brushes :P) The challenge was to create a look using eyeliners only! Gosh that was a super challenge and I enjoyed doing with although I didn't win! :) Enjoyyyyy...




Everyone should try doing makeup with eyeliners only. It's really frickin complicated and challenging ^_^

SWAP WITH IYAH

Iyah is the sweetest girl with the cutest accent :D haha (from her youtube video) She agreed to do a swap with me for my hello kitty brush holder head thingy for her heatherette lipglass in bonus beat :) I've been wanting this since it came out, and again I did not have the money to buy it! lol, and besides, I didn't have the guts to go to a mac counter last year anyway :P

Here's the package! She had hello kitty stamps all over it :D haha, this was one of the CUTEST packages I've got so far :P


She packaged it so nicely! :) It was like getting one of those pre-made gift sets the nordstrom people do lol. It's funny because I sent her almost the same exact color nail polish xD


She sent me two samples of the laneige strawberry yogurt peel :) I tried one of the already and I love it! It smells so GOOD and it makes my face feel softer :D When I finish using it I'm going to go ahead and buy the full size. She also got me her favorite falsies, ipum! I haven't tried them yet but they look like they'll look good :D haha! And I got me some eye treatment cream, candies, hello kitty snack (which I've already ate) and of course the heatherette lippie! It looks sooo pretty. I'm going to do a look with it soon... just don't know when yet!

Her handwriting is so pretty! I thought it was typed up at first when I glanced at it! :) I'm really glad we did this swap lol! Iyah is actually one of the first people I talked to on blogger :D She was so nice and friendly and I'm pretty sure that's just her nature!

Anywho, I drove my sister around all day today (she's 27 in october) and we were talking about taking a trip next year to california! :) I don't know which part of cali to go to though, which parts are the best? :D I want to save up so I can go shopping and waste all my money! LOL xD

We went to go and do my financial aide stuff for school (yeah, really late I know!) I'm so glad I'm already registered even though I just graduated from high school. It's so much more convenient because I saw the line and I've never seen it that long at all! O_O While we were doing that, her husband was at home cooking up some korean bbq and it was so GOOOD! They marinated it overnight so it was super flavorful :) And I bought a few things to organize my vanity/dresser. I think I might make a post on my makeup collection! It's not that much as you would think though. Well to me it's not too much because I don't have tons of eyeshadows :P

Enough of my ramble! I've actually got things planned tomorrow so I think I'll wake up a little earlier than I usually would :D (hopefully if all goes well...)

I've got tons of posts planned so I really think the next few days I'm gonna start popping out with a bunch of posts ^_^ and I think my blog turns one in a few months so I'm thinking about having a contest in celebration of it. But that's on a later note so I'll put details into that when I actually think about it :D

WHITZ LOVE PACK + EOTD

I got my package from whit last week :D It's my GOLD DIGGA prize & a little swap we agreed on. I got this in the middle of my DAY/NIGHT contest entry! lol, I get so excited when I get things! xD

My swap item is the one in "ghetto wrapping". Enlarge it! lol, it made me laugh :)

So I got little lippies! They're so cute and small. It's around the size of a lipglass but it comes with two colors! :D They're not sticky at all, I think they're pretty smooth and moisturizing! The names are interesting.. actual people's names! lol. they come in this little zipper carrying case thingyy! it has a starfish on the front :)

and... for my swap item! I was so excited to see this on her sale! OMG.. the heatherette trio! I think it's #2?? As many of you know, I'm flat broke from buying my macbook lol so I was thrilled that she'd swap for it :) Hope you like your package babe! click here to check out her sale!

ahhh.. look at it, I think it's gorgeous! Color payoff is good, gotta use my 239 brush for the pink though :P I really wish I bought the red velvet shadestick now! :( anyone have that for salee? LOL!

I'm officially done with my MUFE HD 155! *cheers* but WHYY DID YOU HAVE TO RUN OUT WHEN I'M POOR!?!?! lol, just my luck :P I'll be okay I think, I'm going to get a spatula and scrap it off the sides of the bottle haha! It's not the right undertone but now it matches because I got a little tan from driving/being outside -__- I hate texas weather! Oh well, hopefully I'll lose a little bit of the tan in the winter :P
