NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM + FOTD + GIVEAWAY SNEAK PEEK

Hello! (don't forget about my skin MD naturals giveaway up there ^^^) I'm still alive & reading blogs but honestly I haven't been in the mood to leave my mark :( Sorry gals but thank you everyone for the get wells :) I got sick maybe because....

I went drinking Friday night and more than 10 people drank out of the same straw but I thought alcohol kills germs?

...or I got sick because I was dead tired and woke up early and the Chinese cranked the air conditioning up (or shall I say down to be technical) and it was hella cold but THEN they cranked on the heater because they got cold -___-" which led to me getting a killer headache and taking some medicine from China that tasted like x-pills and then I got nauseated for the rest of the night!...

and that's not it, when I got home my post-strep throat sister was over and I fed her some of my fruit cup with my spoon and I used it to eat more of my fruit cup :X ahh.. it's probably all of those things LOL! Yeah, totally my own fault I got sick right? But I feel a hell of a lot better now but throat still feels like razor blades but it'll go away by the end of the week ^_^

***

So I just got off of work today. My boss asked me to work for him tonight because he's in serious need of a haircut.. it's been a month LOL! I am super exhausted from driving and driving and driving all night... but I guess the tips are kinda worth it :T? Well I took off work on Friday night and Saturday morning to go to the Crow Museum of Asian Art in Dallas, TX and then to celebrate my father's birthday at dim sum the next morning! (It was my treat..) I took some pictures of me & the boyfriend while he was driving over there and it was very awkward trying to steady my hand on my car and taking a picture while looking outside the window and smiling through traffic!

Oh and we went to the museum because I have to write a paper about it for my art appreciation class :) It wasn't bad but definitely awkward at first since I haven't been to a museum since elementary school with classmates! I have to admit, these pictures are kinda fuzzy because my hands are so jittery :( Sorry about that but you gals get the picture! lol ^_^

I felt like I needed a clown nose up there in this picture.. there was this weird lighting going on with my nose and it look really weird?!?! :X

Here's the makeup I wore that evening.. I tried to do it in a way I've never done before and I failed miserably :(!!! And I haven't filled in my brows in a while so they look super intense... and they definitely need to be plucked! haha

This is a really clear picture so I thought I'd throw it in! ^_^ My nose is really small.. or I guess the bridge of my nose is really small?!?!

Here's a close up of the eyemakeup (friday/museum/drinking night). I tried to put the dark shadow on the inner and outer corners of the eyes and put the lid color smack in the middle! I have to figure out this technique.. eek! Probably mess with makeup more tomorrow :) I used my crushed metals pigments in stacked! 3 from MAC's Spring Colour Forecast collection.

This picture was from Saturday night! I wore this to work and didn't use liquid eyeliner but replaced it with my MUFE aqua eyes instead and omg, it worked like a charm! No smudging, no flaking, no smearing! At first when I tried this I didn't like it that much but I'm glad I gave it another try :) Yeah, I was really diggin` purples this month!

***

And lastly, here's a sneak peek at my upcoming giveaway! I am planning to split up the prizes because it's just a giveaway and honestly there's not much effort you need to put into it so the grand prize doesn't need to be enormous right?! :)

I'm giving away products I've tried and love and luckily bought extras of so I can share with my lovely readers! I just gotta figure out which I'm gonna split up and what going with what. Steph and Linda wants to do three prizes but I'm not sure I have enough prizes for that LOL! ^_^

Let me know if you'll want to participate because I've been gone from the {active} blogging scene for about a month or more now and I and totally not sure if people still tune into this little blog.. LOL!

And I want to include a picture of my vanity area I'm trying to organize and clean up.. GAH! I need some serious help girls! Someone fly over here and fix this mess! LOL

Click the image to enlarge and to get clear-er reading of what I labeled. There's more nonsense 2.5feet over but I won't bore you with that since it's mostly a big pile of clothes mixed with some stuff I am sending out lol! Don't worry, I keep all my stuff I send out in a ziploc bag so it doesn't get mixed up with my personaly stash :) I think that's the only organized thing about me ^_^

Goodnight! Time to do some CHEMISTRY.. *TEARS*

BUT I still have to go to my classes because I can't miss any days @_@!!! I missed lab today though, that requires too much thinking to go and have a headache :P

Just wanna let you guys know I am sick if I don't get on blogger this week! I want to try to squeeze some reviews in though :)

LIP SWATCH: MAC VIVA GLAM GAGA LIPSTICK

HELLO! Just a quick post today, something I promised to take this weekend :P I also made jon some dinner tonight since I fell asleep last night and didn't have enough time when I woke up from my "nap" x(

But before anything, enter my skin md natural giveaway :)!!

Nikki asked me how Viva Glam Gaga looked on my lips last weekend on blogtv! I went out and by the time I got back online she was already gone but since I was contemplating on getting it or not at first because I thought the color would be too light for me :T

First off, I'm glad I got it! It's a lustre so it's not as intense as saint germain upon application ^_^ It's very buildable so I highly recommend it to anyone and plus all proceeds are going to a good cause. I will surely go back for cyndi and a backup of gaga on thursday when riveting releases! (Yes Amy, I follow MAC collections.. LOL! I broke the habbit for a month or two but I found myself back into it @_@)

This is GAGA with flash on. My lips are nasty and chapped because I haven't exfoliated in 2 weeks so please excuse any "SKIN" you see :X

And this is in my crappy room lighting.. It sucks but hey, it's nice and milky and you can kinda see how it looks when there's no flash :P

Here's when I wore it out friday night. MAN I am sticking to all black eyeliner! This stila black/purple reflects shit is not working for me! I will stick to using this as a cream eyeshadow.. suppose to be a dupe for young punk mineralized eyeshadow :) I'm going to be giving one new one away also! (IF I find it in time lol)

In other news, I actually did some homework today! haha, I'll probably finish the chapter tomorrow and then when I walk into class on Thursday my teacher will be all proud and stop giving me the death stare for falling asleep in her class :X

Gotta go take some review pictures! I shoulda read blogs today since I didn't really have anything to do *sigh* I always seem to find things to want to buy with that time.. hahaha!

REVIEW: SKIN MD NATURAL SHIELDING LOTION + GIVEAWAY

Hello beautiful ladies! Also, I want to say hello to my new followers ^_^ Thank you for tuning in still although I have not been active on blogger at all! I will take pictures of my giveaway and post it up at the end of the month :D And also, happy belated Valentine's Day!! Jon put a smile on my face on Saturday night when I got off of work since he knew I would be super tired on Sunday night when I got off ^_^ I wasn't expecting anything because he'd already gotten me a gift :X I'll post that up soon too!

Gosh I have been super busy! I think I am catching a cold also because of the snow that hit Texas :( My body is so sore all over and I've been super tired even though I've been getting enough sleep? :T Maybe it's just a stage or something..

***

Okay but onto my post! This is going to be a review for the Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion ^_^ I was sent one from a representative from their company to try out. Let me start of by saying that I really like it although it didn't work out for me at first! This is just kinda the thing where you shouldn't give up at first try when trying out a product :)

This product has also been seen around the blog countless of times! But hey, it turned out to be a great product for me.

Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion
What is it:
A lightweight moisturizing lotion that counteracts dry skin with continued usage.

What is does:
It utilizes the finest effective natural ingredients for dry skin treatment along with the latest advances in technology to hydrate and protect the skin.

What else you need to know:
Skin MD Natural™ is promptly absorbed, without the slightest hint of any greasy or oily feeling or residue, transforming the outer layer of skin into a hydrating invisible shield. Read more about the product on the website! There's tons of information behind the science that I cannot explain in my own words :)
- Skin MD Natural

Price: $18
Size: 4 oz.
Where to buy: SkinMDNatural.com, select stores (you can use the store locator on the website)

Product: 4/5
Packaging: 4/5
Quality: 4/5
Overall: 4/5
Repurchase? Yes

Here's a swatch of it to see how it looks! Yes, I am aware this picture looks like jizz, haha. I think that's why I chose it because it seems so.. yeah! :P But the lotion itself is very fluid and lightweight. It absorbs really quickly and doesn't need a lot of time.

The product itself comes in a bottle with an easy way of dispensing so you have complete control of what you're getting. It's very sanitary also because it's not in a tub like some moisturizers. It's intended for multi-purpose use such as on your body, hands, feet, and face which is a great perk.

I first tried this product on my hands which are severely dry and chapped because of working at the restaurant and coming into contact with so many harsh chemicals and already having dry skin. It was working great for me until one day it was super busy and I had so much stuff to clean, it basically reversed all the work I put in! For my hands, I need a thick cream to really lock in the moisture so this didn't work out too well for my restaurant working hands! Maybe when I get an office job because I find that thick creams doesn't absorb into my skin like this product.

I started to use this on my face after forgetting my face lotion at home one day when I was sleeping at my boyfriend's house. At the end of the day when I got off of work, I noticed my face wasn't as oily as it would be when I use the Cetaphil lotion. Cetaphil over-moisturizes my face while Skin MD moisturizes it just right. I do notice that I must remember to exfoliate my face because it doesn't diminish the dry patches of dead skin but it's a step I should do in my regular face routine anyway. I can really see myself using this as my summer face lotion because of the raging hot weather in Texas since I have naturally oily skin anyway!

Pros
  • Lightweight
  • Cheap, you get a 4oz for $18. That's $4.50 per ounce and you usually get 1oz of product with most face moisturizers.
  • Lasts a really long time
  • Heals your dry skin with continued use
  • Moisturizers your face just enough! ^_^
  • Absorbs into your face really quick so it's great for when you're in a hurry
  • Convenient packaging, very sanitary
  • Has a SPF 15 version for $25
  • No animal products or testing
  • Dermatology tested, Fragrance and colorant free, Hypoallergenic, Paraben free
  • Non-comedogenic (means it won't clog your pores and it didn't break me out so I guess that proves it?)
Cons
  • Doesn't moisturize dry skin too well
  • Didn't moisturize my dry skin patches either, but those shouldn't be there anyway lol
  • Some might think $18 upfront for lotion is expensive
  • Nothing much really! I think this is an overall good product :)
I really enjoyed trying out this product and honestly if it doesn't work out for something you intended it for, it's possible to work out for something else on your body! It just goes to show that you shouldn't give up on a product when it doesn't work out the first time ^_^ I will go buy another bottle in about a month because I am running low since I used it for my hands at first and my boss used some of it too LOL! (What a moocher :P just kidding)

MAC SPRING COLOUR FORECAST HAUL + VIDEO

Hello and KILL ME! :X haha... my all time love... LIPSTICKS! :D It's that time again, when MAC releases another collection and I am suckered into buying a ton of crap from them. This time around I spent about 1.5 weeks going over swatches and making new list after list and ended up leaving with completely different things from my list o_O! Well, I excluded one thing for now but I am surely going back for it! :D

I went ALL week without buying something! LOL, well only because I knew I was gonna haul big on the lipsticks for this new collection :P So I am balanced right?? ^_~ just kidding, but I knew I was gonna spend about a bill on this collection and I did today! (FYI, Viva Glam Gaga is not included in the collection so that total doesn't count towards it :P)

My product reviews will resume on Monday after I get done with my bundle of tests! :D I hope I do good on it though. Hope this helps if you're planning on buying something from this collection ;)

4 lipsticks and 1 lipglass. I am going back for ember glow lipglass! It's such a unique color :)

Some closeup of the lipsticks! I think the photos tell you what color they are so no need for me to explain. Gosh, I love all of the lipsticks I got! I mean sometimes I go home and I'm like.. wtf, why did I buy this for?!?! haha but not this time ;D

Some blush ombres. These are GORGEOUS! Subtle shimmer in the pan but not sure if it transfers onto the face. Will have to actually get all up in my face when I try it on tomorrow ^_^

Azalea Blossom. It turns into a pretty pink color :)

Ripe Peach. It's a beautiful everyday color! I think I might like this more than the other one because of the wear ability of the shade :)

And here's the super long video I made about this haul. I don't know how I took up 10 minutes?!?! I guess I just talk too much LOL ^_^

I'm gonna make a tutorial and post one up. I think it's time to get my butt out there on youtube and stop being a chicken. What's the worst that could happen? Haters?! Pshhh, f*ck them! LOL, they're just jealous of my makeup collection xP But yeah, gotta figure out how to do that false lash tutorial for amy & linda still but I'm sure I'll figure it out :D

Honestly haven't been on blogger. I am gonna catch up though but this semester I'm seriously shooting for an A. I've been focused for the most part but even then I don't read my chapters like I should :X I've improved in the getting my things done on time though :) Just gotta train myself to be more commited though.. I will keep posting things because I feel bad if I don't post at all! hahaha, just wanna let you girls know I'm still alive :D

BEING S.A.D. ON VALENTINES DAY

Hello lovely ladies!

I have been SWAMPED with school. Studied my ass off all weekend and then took my test on Tuesday and ended up with a 71 :( Chem 2 is SUPER hard! Like forreal... but it's kinda my fault too that I waited until last minute to look at the homework but the class average was a 69. Highest grade was 101, lowest was a 13 O_O!!!! So I honestly think I did okay especially with what some of my buddies got.. LOL!

School got canceled tomorrow because it SNOWED in Texas.. AGAIN!! OMG, this is like the most miraculous year ever? o_O But school didn't get canceled today though so I had to drive through the snow :( It was scary because I couldn't reverse out of the parking lot and everyone parked hella crazy! hahaha, I was so scared because I LOVE to drive fast. I guess I was still driving somewhat fast for today's weather?!?!

***

But anywho, today's post is going to be about SAD! No, this is not being sad on Valentine's Day, but single available day :) I know, I know, what do I know about this? Well, I didn't have a boyfriend all of my life! I am VERY fortunate to find someone to fall in love with at such a young age but honestly I was one of those kids that really wanted to fall in love. I guess it was all those chick flicks I watched and probably the age difference between my sister and I. (She's 28 in october and I was young when she had her romances :P)

b.liv by Cellnique is hosting a giveaway for valentines day! For more information and how to enter, just check out their website! :)

http://www.blivskin.com/happySAD

Being single on Valentine's Day shouldn't be a bad thing, well maybe when you hit your 60s and you've never had a valentine. V-day to me isn't really important. I don't like to get flowers because they die anyway, but chocolates are more than welcomed :) My boss and I have always had this talk on our idea of Valentine's day. We think it's a waste of money. It's just a holiday that Hallmark made famous to rob men out of their money and make them look bad if they don't do anything for their girl. For me, it's more of the thought that counts.

If you've been on blogtv with me, you know that my boyfriend got me some things I've really wanted for Vday :) It's not really the material things, because I was gonna buy that myself anyway, but the fact that he put thought into it! I would be happy if I got a handmade card LOL! Honestly girls, you may think no one notices you but trust me you are wrong!

There's always gonna be someone admiring you from far away. I remember in 8th grade when I was single I was an attention whore. I still am today but I guess I don't care as much LOL.. Until I hit my sophomore year of highschool, I never knew that there were so many guys that were interested in me! They were just too shy to ever ask me out.

So girls, you never know who's interested in you! Just don't let yourselves go :) Or they might go and go admire someone else, LOL! Keep yourself cute, and don't be a bitch! I had a very positive outlook on life and the more positive you are, the more happy you'll be! ^_^

***

BTW, I got a haircut! Linda already knows because she got my phone number :P You can't see much detail in the picture, but I didn't have much shape to it before this. I will take a better picture of it later when it's styled LOL! Right now it looks like shit since I was rolling around on the bed xD haha!

All right, now I'm gonna go and plan tomorrow's post since I'm not doing too much tonight! ^_^

REVIEW: REVLON PHOTOREADY FOUNDATION

Hello my blogger babes &&& WELCOME NEW FOLLOWERS! :P

AH.. I have started the 3rd week of school off bad :( I didn't make it to my art class today... and we had a quiz...... that doesn't get dropped! I slept early, I studied, and then my alarm didn't go off right this morning :( I'm just so frustrated! BLAH, whatever! I'll go do all the extra credit and try to ace it that way x(

***

So today's post is dedicated to the Revlon PhotoReady Foundation. I bought this on sale at CVS (buy one get one free) and lucky I did! I am in between shades. The shades I have are:
  • 008 Golden Beige
  • 009 Rich Ginger
Golden beige looks good when I don't have any flash photography on.. but when the flash comes on, BAM! Soooo much white cast looking so I assumed it was too light so I exchanged the other bottle I bought and got the darker shade to mix it.

I know this has product been around the blogosphere (and I've seen it everywhere I go now so it's 100% available) and I've gotten it quite a while ago and now I feel like I can do an official review :)

Revlon PhotoReady Foundation
What is it:
A foundation that looks great no matter the setting or the lighting!

What it does:
This lightweight, non-greasy foundation by Revlon goes on smooth to hide your imperfections. It has light coverage, but is builable for a more full coverage.

What else you need to know:
Contains sunscreen (SPF20).

Price: $13.99
Size: 1 fl oz.
Where to buy: Drugstores, Ulta, Supercenters, anywhere they sell Revlon!

Product:
4/5
Packaging: 5/5
Quality: 4.5/5
Overall: 4.5/5
Repurchase? Yes, if I ever finish it -_-

Comes with a very convenient pump! You can really control the amount that comes out ^_^ I can even make like a DROP come out, and that's really hard to do with my other foundations! :D (well, I don't even think it's possible with the other foundies lol)

I usually do a half and half mix, but I find that on some days it's too dark but it's okay, it's not noticeable unless you're all up in my face! :X

Here's the two colors blended in. I used a QTIP so it's not totally evenly distributed, plus I did this with the power out next to a candle! LOL.. I'm that devoted :)

I must say that there's shimmer in this foundation! I don't recommend it if you have visible pimples/bumps/cystic acne! I think it will definitely highlight it by catching the light, but I mean it's not too noticeable, but when I was in the stark sunlight, I was looking at my face and I kinda felt like Edward Cullen! LOL, but please note that I was kinda all up in my face too. But from afar you can see little shimmers.

I also included some pictures of me test driving it :D Still doesn't look like an exact color match, BUT my neck is indeed darker than my face AND my chest area.. weird?!?! Ehh, I think not! I have SPF from my makeup/moisturizer and then I usually wear t-shirts so then my neck is the only one getting the tan on :P

With flash there's still a white-ish cast to it. It covers up my acne scarring pretty well on my cheek so that's why I only showed this side! It's my most uneven side :P

A little blurry without flash, but it was very hard to pull off and get the same (almost) exact shot! LOL :X I think it leaves my skin flawless with a dewy finish ^_^

The above pictures were taken around 2pm before I was about to go to work.. I guess it was that day I was horsin` around with my camera and got tons of stupid stuff done I never posted LOL :D

This picture is after I got home from work which should be around 11pm. So basically about 9 hours later after working in a restaurant?! Not bad right?! I see some fading on the acne coverage but overall it held up pretty well on my skin and I usually like to touch my face during the day :X Yes, it's bad but oh well, whatever! If I get acne, then I get acne... I'll just have to deal with it but I'm still complaining! LOL ^_^

Pros
  • Relatively inexpensive for a foundation
  • Did not cause any breakouts for me
  • Medium coverage (the way I apply it)
  • Buildable coverage in areas you need it. For example, my cheeks I can layer another layer without it looking cakey or gross
  • Lasts me a whole work day
  • Dewy finish, not too matte, but not too much sheen
  • Washes off easily, unlike their colorstay foundation!
  • No funky scent like their colorstay either ^_^
  • Pump doesn't get clogged like my MAC studio fix fluid :T
Cons
  • Has micro-shimmers in it that may accentuate bumps
  • SPF may give you a white cast
  • Minimal shade selection. For example, I am MAC NC 40 and I wear the darkest two shades!
  • Accentuates dry spots so make sure you exfoliate your face gals!
Overall, I really like this foundation. I have a ton of foundations I alternate through so it'll last me a while :) Go give it a try (from CVS) and if you don't like it just return it LOL! That's what I would do ^_^

Hope you girls enjoyed my review but I know I am on a roll with this and hopefully you girls don't mind me posting these detailed reviews for the next week or so :X I gotta get these posts out of the way before I forget about them ^_^... you have to know what I mean! LOL

***

I am having a giveaway coming up.. I know the end date but I don't know when I will start it?! I am almost up to 300 followers so maybe another week or two?!?! LOL but first I got to round up the prizes! It's not gonna be huge, because if it's a huge prize I would want to throw a contest but I wanna save that for the summer since everyone won't be so wound up with school and hopefully has time for it :( ahh.. whatever. Just keep on following to know about the giveaway! :D

NEXT WEEK, I am going to concentrate on my classes more and improve my crappy grades @_@.. Tomorrow night I am planning to read my books.. and then continue reading the rest of the weekend. KILL ME NOW! LOL, but I really want to get an A this semester so I am gonna try so hard.. but I will probably end up with a B because my slacker side of me gets the best of me 85% of the time!

Have a good night everyone! I really appreciate your comments & everything, but I usually don't have time to comment back until I get a day "off" from worrying about grades. GOSH MY HAIR IS GOING GRAY THOUGH!

ahhh.. Goodnight all!

SHIMMERING LILACS + KATE GENE'S GIVEAWAY

HOWDY ^_^ Told you I'd be back the today! I originally had a review of the Revlon Photoready Foundation planned today, but I was bummed about making two bad grades on my quizzes today :(

I was to distraught by my car running on empty the entire time I was driving to school.. so I ended up with a 70 on my history quiz (I would've got an 80 if I didn't second guess myself) and 60 on my government one (there was only 5 questions) but I forgot to look at my notes before class! I totally zoned out because I was starving! UGH.. oh well, drops 2 lowest quiz grades so it's okay! I just don't like looking at my grade online because it's sooo not an A! LOL ^_^

I did this look at work! (no literally, I did this during work in the morning LOL) Might do a video tutorial on this look but still undecided.. IDK should I?!?! :T

Pictures taken at the end of the night! LOL! Pretty much everyone saw me taking the pictures because the flash was hella bright... Lipstick is missing also and lips are pretty chapped also so excuse that!

I'm happy with the turnout of this look! I used a lilac on the lid on top of a pink base so it showed up pinky :D I am in a valentine's day mood ^_^

My acne has been acting up lately! I recently ran out of my Philosophy purity wash and had to use just the neutrogena oil free acne cream wash and it was keeping my face clear.. and then I started breaking out?!?! I think it was because of my period since it came last week so that might be the culprit. PLUS.. I didn't wash my makeup brush which could also be the culprit! And my pillow sheets haven't been washed either?!?! So I'm not gonna blame my beloved acne wash... I'm gonna wash my stippling brush tonight and hopefully it's dry tomorrow morning or else I'm gonna have to use my other one and then end up washing that one later too -_-

***

Kate Gene (http://katiegene.blogspot.com/) is having a giveaway! You can get additional information on it here ^_^

But that acne kit.. I need that right now! LOL, I've had really good luck with philosophy products so I'm gonna try out more of their products :) Korres lip butter is awesome too! I think that's one of the ones I don't have.. and the rose one! I have the other three ^_^ (I'm going to give away pomegranate for my giveaway :D)

Okay, so this was just a quickie tonight! I gotta go study for my FIRST ever art quiz... GRR, IDK what's suppose to be on there? She started class too early on tuesday so I didn't get the full information :( I should make friends with "MUSTAFAH".. IDK how to spell it either but it sounds like simba's father but with the "F" and "S" backwards but with a "T".. He's also in my government class! LOL.. you cannot miss that name when the teacher calls roll. I AM NOT KIDDING YOU!

I'm improving, I got back to my comments today but didn't get to finish reading blogs, but I got some out of the way! I'll save the rest for tomorrow. I have TONS of things to do tomorrow so I might have to post pone it again?!?! *sigh* school is hectic this week! LOL ^_^

Good luck to everyone who's in class right now! I know midterms are coming up.. GAHH! Chemistry will kick my ass :P TOMORROW I will post photos for sure of the photoready and I might even make an application video?! o_O Or maybe not LOL.. depending on my free time :)

The wand! It's nice and sturdy. You'll notice it when you first pull it out of the tube. I can't really feel the ruggedness of the wand anymore since I've used it so often, but when you first start using it you really can't miss it!

I think the thick, tough wand has a lot to do with the way this mascara performs. The hardness on the wand really helps PULL your lashes up and curls them. The abundant amount of bristles really help to give you volume!

Close-up of the tip:

The thing that sucks about it: the gunk on the tip of the wand! But I just rub it off so it's okay :)

I test it out with a primer and without a primer as usual with my mascara reviews. Here's the results without a primer.

(I've decided to include a picture looking up since my eyelid creases aren't even and it really makes a difference to tell the length LOL)

Here are the results using the Urban Decay Eyelash Primer Potion:

So with the primer, it doesn't really make a difference which is why I love this mascara :) ... I don't have to waste primer on it to make it look good! LOL

Pros
  • Curls lashes & holds all day
  • Doesn't need a lash curler to curl
  • Lengthens
  • Volumizes
  • Super DARK pigmentation
  • Seperates
  • Sturdy wand, doesn't feel like it'll break on me
  • Also comes in a waterproof version (aqua smoky lash)
  • Lashes doesn't feel crispy, but doesn't feel wet. A good balance when it dries!
Cons
  • After a couple months old, expect a tiny bit of flaking throughout the day
  • Pricey for something that needs to be replaced every 3 months
  • Only available in one color (black)
  • Wand is hard to get in the inner corners for the baby lashes
  • Has a bit of mascara buildup on the tip
I highly recommend this product :) I think I like it as much as the DIOR Iconic mascara but it has a friendlier price tag ^_^ (although to some it still looks crazy!) I might go buy this mascara to throw in one of my giveaway packs since I really have no idea what I'm giving away still :X

In other news, I spent 45 minutes on a single question in lab on Monday.. ZOMG! It was such a stupid question, it should've only been done in like 5 minutes max! Gosh, chemistry this semester is kicking my ass :( I hope I get through it T_T Oh, and I think why it took us so long was because NONE of us ate anything yet and we were just getting more and more exhausted as we were working through it.. I will definitely bring some fruit next week just for that extra boost :) I literally am in school on Mondays from 9am-5pm for the past two weeks and didn't get to eat lunch.. *sigh*

So I'm sorry I have been somewhat MIA, I mean I am still posting, but it takes me a while to jump onto your blogs.. LOL :X

So far, I am currently at an A in history, chemistry lab, art, and the microcomputer class. There hasn't been anything due in government yet, which makes me have a feeling that there's going to be a quiz on wednesday or friday. I also know for a fact as of today that I am going to have another quiz in history so I will be studying for that tonight, haha! :)

And my budget buying.. GAHH, I think I'm gonna shoot myself! o_O I might end up post-poning this :X SORRY LINDA! hahaha, but I'm still unsure what I'm officially gonna do, but so far I haven't bought anything yet. But that might change the next day x(

Well, until next time! I promise it'll be soon :) I have tons of reviews to post up.. LOL
